A well-known newspaper that’s been around for 45 years may cease to exist. The publisher of “Frost Illustrated” says thousands of dollars were stolen, which has put the weekly newspaper in the red.
Fort Wayne’s oldest weekly publication is in jeopardy, dealing with the fallout from the theft of thousands of dollars, allegedly by a former employee.
Investigators say Rosilene Taylor, a former, temporary employee of Frost Illustrated, is accused of writing thousands of dollars worth of stolen checks from the publication’s account. Now, the account’s frozen-and the publication’s founder is left trying to save his paper.
