Artistic support for East Wayne Street Center

FORT WAYNE-Roland and Shirley Johnson display their purchases of African art from the recent Ian and Mimi Rolland Art Bash Auction at the Grand Wayne Convention Center to benefit the East Wayne Street Center. The Rollands donated a number of pieces from their private collection gathered during years of traveling throughout the world. The East Wayne Center offers a number of services to the community including GED programs and various family oriented projects. The center also houses a Head Start program and is home to the Sports Academic Consortium, a program geared toward developing student athletes into top academic performers as well.
