FORT WAYNE—It’s amazing what will happen when young people are encouraged to follow their dreams and the vision placed upon their hearts to give praises to the Lord.  For members and friends of Union Baptist Church, we were blessed with the First Annual “Youth 4 PraiZe Revival” held Aug. 1 through Aug. 3.

Co-Chairs Janisha Green and Robyn Turner developed a spirit-filled program that brought together the Word as applied to our lives for young and seasoned alike.

Two young ministers preached and taught each night with various styles but all built solidly on the WORD.  Praise teams lifted up worship through music and praise dancers shared their love of God through movement. Each day was spirit filled and everyone was expecting greater praise and possibilities.

The revival was completed with balloons released into the air with scriptures inside of them. Someone will receive a special blessing of love when they find their balloon.

Below is a listing of the theme, scriptural focus and participants for each day:

Friday, Aug. 1

We thank God for and congratulate Ms. Green and Ms. Turner and all who worked to bring forward a wonderful revival.  God has blessed them with the desire to work, praise and encourage other young people to understand that they are loved and special as God’s children.  We look forward to the second Revival.  It will be your turn to be blessed by another UBC 4 PraiZe Production for His people throughout the community.
