Two arrested in meth lab bust

FORT WAYNE—On March 5, officers of the FWPD Methamphetamine Suppression Team conducted a raid at a trailer at 5719 Steele Blvd., after a four-month long investigation into the manufacturing of methamphetamine. The investigation was initiated by a tip on the Drug Hotline.  Detectives located several one-pot meth labs located inside a trailer located at the location

Arrested were:

• Boyd Combs—charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of two or more precursors; and

• Nichole McDonald—charged with visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

The labs were neutralized and the residence was condemned.

This is the 10th meth lab investigation of 2014 for the FWPD Methamphetamine Suppression Team.
