Are enforcement strategies of laws consistent?

Willie Jordan: Things are improving, but still needs work.The president and attorney general signing the equal sentencing drug act its a good start.

Dwight Richards: They are not consistent. I find that enforcement officers go by what they think they see instead of the true facts.

Jamel Graham: I don’t think they are consistent because the police still look for a specific profile when they are stopping or detaining an individual. More diversity training is needed. They seem to  assume the worse without being conscious they are not being fair.

Kimya Montgomery: No they are not consistent, because authorities look at location, race and age when the law should stand the same no matter the city or state.
