Ms. Sydni Kinchen, a junior at Snider High School was crowned Ms. Cotillion 2013 at the 13th Cotillion Ball—dubbed An Affaire Extraordinaire —on March 23 at the Grand Wayne Center.

Sydni is the daughter of Robert Kinchen and the late Rhonda Kinchen.  Her escort for the evening was Jeremiah Kelsaw, the son of Stacey and Stacy Kelsaw.

She was crowned by Ms. Dawn Brooks, the 1999 Ms. Cotillion.
